Wouldn’t it be nice if all young businesses were to have “parental care and feeding”? So often, the early months after having left the nest are really difficult for them with challenges including working alone, making decisions without the necessary experience and hoping desperately for enough work to become fully fledged successful businesses.

Ideally, business support should be structured with an agreed work plan and outcomes at the beginning. Regular meetings would work towards the business growth envisaged. The White Egret Limited Business Growth Programme follows this structure with monthly meetings over a six month period.

Young businesses need help but find it difficult to commit to a regular time and to a monthly cost. The “Fledglings Programme” enables small businesses, especially in the early stages of their life, to access help and support when they need it and on a “pay as you go” basis.

Each meeting will be pre-booked and will last for about an hour. It will be at a location convenient to the business and will cost just £47.50. All additional follow up time will be included in this cost.
