Grow Your Business

Our Grow Your Business service begins with an initial meeting at which the company’s goals, challenges and aspirations are discussed. The report generated by this meeting will form the basis on which we will work together. There will be a series of six monthly sessions working with the owners/directors of the company to overcome the problems that are holding the business back and to focus on ways of taking the business forward to achieve the goals agreed at the beginning of the programme.

Business Start Up

The Business Start Up package recognises people rarely set up a business to do the admin; it just comes as part of the deal. White Egret Limited will help to set up appropriate systems and can continue to work with the business until it is established. Also, there are many things to consider such as Health and Safety, marketing and finance. We can guide a new business owner through these processes, leaving him or her free to concentrate on doing what he or she does best.

Consultancy

Within the life of any business, issues may arise which need short term help. Here our Consultancy will be appropriate, providing an external sounding-board and many years experience to give the business the help and support that business needs at the time that help is needed.

Associates

Whilst the team at White Egret Limited has broad expertise and many years experience, there will be occasions when the adviser will suggest the help of one of our Associates. These individuals have been hand-picked to offer you a quality service in his or her chosen field.
